Description

1. Preoperative X-ray analysis of root canal morphology and thickness

2. Use stainless steel K-files, size 10 and 15, to explore the entire length of the root canal and determine its working length using a root measuring instrument.

3. Choose the appropriate taper and size for a single file, such as 04/25. Perform rotary cutting in motor reciprocating mode.

4. Stay in the root canal for no more than 3 seconds, pull up and down 3-5 times to exit the root canal, rinse with a large amount of sodium hypochlorite solution, and file back.

5. Every 1mm into the root canal, rinse more, and cooperate with EDTA gel to achieve the effectiveness of apical preparation.
