Description
Accurately weigh the powder according to the recommended water to powder ratio (22-23ml/100g for type 3 and 20ml/100g for type 4), pour the powder into an appropriate amount of water, soak for 30 seconds, and then mix by hand for 1 minute; If using a vacuum mixer, first wet the powder and then mix it with the machine for 40 seconds; After the mixture is evenly mixed, it can be poured into the model (using a pre molded alginate or silicone rubber model). An oscillator can be used to assist in pouring, filling the entire model with the mixture. After one hour, the mold can be removed.
